RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not refund any item bought online or in store unless it is faulty. We are happy to exchange your items at any of our physical stores.
The easiest way to return an item is to visit our store/s within 07 days of receiving your order. When you visit us, please take your proof of purchase and we will happily provide you with an exchange or a gift card for the purchase price of the item/s you return, providing the item/s you are returning are in their original condition (with the branding tag intact).
If you are not able to visit us, simply call us or email us and our friendly sales team will ensure a seamless return/ exchange for your purchase.
Returning items that are not in original condition or outside the 07 days’ timeframe
Unfortunately, except for faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 07 days of you receiving your item.
Returning items from overseas
We are unable to accommodate exchange or return items from overseas addresses. This applies to customers who bought from us whilst visiting Fiji from overseas and decided to return or exchange items once they returned home.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do provide International delivery to destinations listed in our on-line store. We recommend that you check the applicable fees and our complete return policy before confirming your order.
How do I return an item?

Do you accept Lay-by?
Yes, we do. Lay by is available for selected items only at our store/s. We do not offer Lay-by for online purchases.
How long will my delivery take?
At the time of purchase, we will let you know approximately when the order will arrive. Our customer service team will contact you in advance if the order cannot be delivered in full at the time approximated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards for your online purchase. You can also pay with cash, EFTPOS, and Flawless Gift Cards when you shop at our store/s.
Can the colour of the product on the website picture be different to the product?
We try our best to ensure the colour in the image is an accurate representation of the colour of the product, but it can appear slightly different depending on the screen of your device
Faulty Items
If your items are faulty, we apologise for the inconvenience.
Please return the item/s to any our store/s. If the item was purchased online, you can return the item to any store or call/ email us to assist with free return post of your purchase.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your items arrive damaged, please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please call/ email us for assistance. We recommend that you keep a clear image of the damaged item with packaging with you.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused gift card expires 12 months after date of issue. Please treat your gift card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
